شروط الاستخدام
تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع alrashedbm.com. باستخدام الموقع فإنك توافق على استخدامه بطريقة مشروعة ووفقاً لهذه الشروط.
1. غرض الموقع
يوفر الموقع معلومات تعريفية وتجارية عامة عن الشركة والمنتجات والفروع ووسائل التواصل. ولا تشكل هذه المعلومات بحد ذاتها عرض سعر ملزماً أو عقداً أو ضماناً أو استشارة مهنية.
2. معلومات المنتجات والمعاملات
قد تتغير أوصاف المنتجات والصور والتوفر والمواصفات وغيرها من المعلومات التجارية. ولا ينشأ التزام بالبيع أو التوريد إلا بعد اعتماده من خلال الإجراءات التجارية المعتمدة لدى الراشد لمواد البناء أو وفق شروط المتجر الإلكتروني ذات الصلة.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتحمل الراشد لمواد البناء مسؤولية الخسائر الناتجة حصراً عن الاعتماد على معلومات عامة في الموقع أو خدمات أطراف أخرى أو انقطاعات خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
8. النظام المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات أو المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بأي نزاع ما لم يقضِ النظام بخلاف ذلك.
